Every row we serve will come from a Prop-Folio app user who underwrote a real property. We will never serve a cell of data unless it sits inside a cohort of at least five distinct properties contributed by at least three different users. Addresses, photos, and identifying details are stripped before aggregation — they never leave the consumer app.
When we're ready to onboard early access customers, you'll be first in line. We'll send sample data and pricing as soon as the cohorts mature.
