Build-time and development tools
The following tools run during our build process but are not shipped in the compiled application:
- TypeScript, Jest, Babel, and related tooling — MIT / Apache-2.0.
- lightningcss — Mozilla Public License 2.0. This library is used unmodified by our bundler.
- caniuse-lite — browser-compatibility data distributed under CC BY 4.0.

Prop-Folio integrates with the following external services under each provider's terms of service:
- Apple App Store & In-App Purchase — Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Supabase — authentication, database, storage, and edge functions.
- RevenueCat — subscription management.
- RentCast — property, rent, and value data.
- AirROI — short-term rental market data.
- Google Maps Platform (Places / Geocoding APIs) — address autocomplete and geocoding.
- Anthropic — AI photo analysis for renovation suggestions.

The full text of each open-source license (MIT, BSD 2-Clause, BSD 3-Clause, ISC, Apache License 2.0, Mozilla Public License 2.0, SIL Open Font License 1.1, and CC BY 4.0) is preserved in the compiled application binary and is available on request.
